Hi Swapnil,
You can set "Selection Method" in MRP4 view as 1 - Selection by explosion date. Once done, go to OS32 and make an entry of that material, plant usage , current date along with BOM Alternative you want to use (say Alt 2). Save the changes.
Next time when you run MRP system will pick BOM Alt 2 for that material.
