We are having the same issue with the 2D for new hires. We get it for the first month, but not for the next 2 (we have a 60-day waiting period, with the start date of benefits on the 1st of the next month).
We were fine until we applied OSS note 2307711.
Does anyone have an idea of how to handle this?
