Re: Condition type doubled in item of an oppotunity

Hi Prem,

thanks for your input.

This conditon is a manual input condition. The pricing procedure is determined as expected.

We first determin the value from a condtion table in the access sequence, and initial vlaue is 0.

When the user create the oppt, they will manually change the value.

So, the system is expected to update the initial value using the user input. Now the system behaves abnormal. It created a new condition line instead of updating the initiala one.

I tried following your instrution.

There are two buttons,"Reprice" and "Complete Reprice".

Clicking "Rprice",it will keep the manual input, the two condtions are still there without anything change.

Clicking "Complete Reprice",manual input will be removed, only the initial one(condition value is 0) remains there.

I thinks this is just a workaround.

Don't you think this should be an abnormal thing? As the frequency this issue happens is not very low.

Jerry.
