Hi Experts,
We have installed SAP Contact Center 7.0 SP 8. We have one issue with CDT where Queue information like number of call waiting, number of agents logged into that queue etc. is not showing on CDT. It works for some user for it doesn't works for most of the user. I guess this is some personalization setting on CDT but I am not able to locate. Please help.
