check WD4A component ERC_C_DATAOVERVIEW_UI view V_DATAOVERVIEW there are UI Elements for attachments and questionnaires as described. But to be honest I cant find any coding loading the attachments for a publication dataoverview but maybe I'm wrong. Check/Debug method DISPLAY_DATAOVERVIEW in componentcontroller of this component to be sure this one is used. If its used only coding to get the overview itself is available and the UI elements for questionnaires and attachements are hidden as there are no entries.
