Hello Hayashi,
as explained in Ivy's document, if you follow paragraph 2 (Translation in SRM Documents) using SOTR_EDIT transaction, you will find the alias OTR.
If there are too many entries to know which is the good one, other way to find the text origin is to display Objet Directory Entry for view CNR_VIEW from FPM_GAF_COMPONENT Web Dynpro Component.
Then, in SE63 transaction (Translation > ABAP Objects > Transport Object), you can translate the good SOTR short text.
To transport the translation, use SLXT transaction.
