Capturing log file or messages to send out as a notification

Hi Experts,

i am getting an exception in job logs,

is there any way if i could capture this exception and send out an email to concerned user.

also when we are raising a message, that time itself we could store that message in a variable, so any way we could use that variable n send our an email?
