That's tupid answer. You must respect your local partner and you must understand what's in and out in the SAP Support and maintenance. That's the main reason why the solution for your problem is not solved for 2 years

By the way, what's actually your problem ? do you want the local partner solving the out of support scope and maintenance issue ?
The system PLD can't be removed from the database. So, I suggest you to try to use addon to hide it.
I am afraid that you want to have this addon free from your local partner and if your local partner doesn't give it to you, then you blame your partner again.
